This system was designed for some of our customers. They had the need to store documents as it was a common folder system like the Operating System ones, but keep the information always updated and have the need of history was not easy to mantain.

This system allows the user to upload a file, define its details, establish a circuit of approval signatures, and keep version track so that everyone can see current updated version but operators can see the document version history, also known as change log.

In this case, they successfully passed the audit regarding efficient document management.
